General Guidelines for Writing Theses with Faculty Members of the Seminar on Cooperatives
We would be happy to supervise your bachelor’s or master’s thesis! Please note that your inquiry must be submitted no later than eight weeks before your desired start date.
You can find an overview of the topics we are currently working on and researching here (please list this as your supervisor in your inquiry along with your preferred topic).
From Inquiry to Thesis Registration
- Fill out and submit the request for thesis supervision on our website (please list two different priorities, i.e., two different advisors).
- The supervisor will respond via email within one week
- Schedule an appointment for the initial meeting
- During the initial meeting: Determining the topic
- After the initial meeting: Write a proposal (approx. 2–3 weeks)
- Present the abstract during a colloquium or one-on-one meeting
- Registration with the Registrar’s Office in accordance with examination regulations
